Customized plastic Steel Crate Mould

Plastic crate mould of different specifications usually have several common characteristics in their basic structure, which includes basic look of similar design as intended plastic crate, nozzles and feed systems that are commonly found in manufacturing of these crates.

When designing crate mould for plastic parts, flow testing software is used for precise analysis and calculation for enhancement success probability of mould design.
We mainly manufacture two type of crate mould:

Plastic Crate Mould: This is another popular type of plastic crates, which are popularly used to manufacture plastic parts. This process involves first heating the raw material then mixing and heating the mixture until it becomes pliable then pouring the material into a plastic injection mould structure. The second process involved in this type of plastic crate mould manufacturing is pouring the hot molten plastic material into the mould structure, while the third process is the removal of the hot melted plastic material through a gravity ejection system. The basic idea behind manufacturing hot rolled steel crates is that the material will be melted and cooled either by dipping or spinning in a high temperature oven. Then these materials will be cut into desired sizes and then shaped using a CNC pressing machine.

Steel Crate Moulds: These are the most common and popular type of plastic crates used to manufacture steel components. These are available in a variety of standard sizes, which are suitable for different applications.
